Outline of program
"Community-based, global scale "Development of advanced, high-level manufacturing leaders" program"
By actively promoting community-based industry-academia cooperation and internship and focusing on career design education, this program develops human resources who can lead advanced, high-level manufacturing with their broad knowledge enabling integration of various projects at manufacturing sites and who have broad vision that allows to see things from multiple viewpoints, to correspond with needs from Asian countries and Japanese automotive parts industry.
1. Education of developing engineers with sophisticated expertise
・Implementation of education of developing engineers with sophisticated expertise based on JABEE program
・Improvement in bachelor/master unified education using special recommendation frames for foreign students

2. Cultivation of manufacturing leaders
・Giving credits to long-term internship and making it compulsory
・Cross-sectional certification of credits among departments and majors
・English-Japanese education for better communication skills
3. Cultivation of researchers
・Increasing the foreign student frames for those who proceed to the doctor's course in the second semester
・Enrichment of research presentation support system, such as paying participation fees of international conferences
・Acceptance of international collaborative research in collaboration with home countries

Goal of human resources development
Human resources who have high-level engineering knowledge, who can be loyal to their companies, who are familiar with Japanese culture and business practices, who are proficient in Japanese language, who have management ability and project operating ability such as at production sites, and who have an ability to lead coordination among local governments, local subsidiaries and Japanese headquarters
