Information sharing
1. Aims of activity
To improve information sharing infrastructure to enable smooth and efficient expansion of business by each local project.

・Forms and holds communication meetings

・Provides and operate communication tools for each consortium
・Holds meetings for reporting accomplishments.
Various investigations
1. Aims of activity
Collects know-how nationwide that was obtained by each consortium, and obtains the following information to provide information as needed to each development operating body, companies and foreign students.
■ Conditions for success and efforts made by companies and universities
■ Successful case examples of companies using foreign labor
■ How the successful senior workers solved daily life problems, how they acquired skills and their know-how on job hunting activities

・Investigates actual usage of foreign students in Japanese companies and the companies' request to the foreign students

Networks among foreign students
1. Aims of activity
To support the creation of networks among companies / foreign students and operate them to enable smooth and efficient expansion of business by each local project.

・Collaborates with foreign students associations and foreign students support organizations of each country
・Sets up an email newsletter for foreign students and companies
Recruitment of foreign students for highly-practical development program
1. Aims of activity
To select foreign students who can enter the "Program for Developing Highly-Practical Foreign Students".
2. Details of activities
・Recruits applicants for the "Program for Developing Highly-Practical Foreign Students" and select objects for it.
・Forms and holds a foreign student selection committee.
Internship
1. Aims of activity
To consolidate a system of providing necessary, board-based information smoothly to companies who wish to accept interns though located outside the action area of each consortium and to foreign students who wish to work outside their regions or to apply for the internship.
e.g.
Provides information to a student who lives in Kinki area but wishes to do internship in Tokyo.
2. Details of activities
Make arrangements among each consortium.
If companies' needs and students' needs do not match within each consortium,
・information obtained nationwide from each consortium as well as via company
・foreign student networks are collected, organized and provided to companies who wish to accept interns even from outside the action area of each consortium and also to foreign students who wish to do internship outside their regions, via website and email newsletters.
Consultation service
1. Aims of activity
To function as a troubleshooter of each consortium for smooth and efficient implementation of programs.
To extract institutional problems in implementing programs from each consortium, report them to the government, and promote improvements to them.
